Floor area:  This is an unusually spacious 2 bedroom house (120 m²)
General: Air-conditioning, linen & towels provided ( not beach towels)
Kitchen: Freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine
Living room: Seating for 6 people
Dining: Seating for 6 people, child's highchair
Bathrooms:   Bathroom 1 - toilet, bath with shower
  Bathroom 2 - toilet
Both bathrooms have fully tiled walls and floors. The shared swimming pool also has toilets and showers.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed which looks out of the patio doors across the coast line from Paphos across St Georges Bay to Coral Bay. The second bedroom has one twin bed and 2 bunk beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge (not ideal for 2 adults, but fine for 2 children or one adult). We can also provide a travel cot and bedding, suitable for a small child on request. The bedrooms are spacious and have extensive fitted wardrobes. They both have air-conditioning & louvered shutters on all windows which provide privacy & help manage temperatures.
Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD
Outside: Balcony, garden, parking, barbecue, 6 garden chairs, 5 sun loungers
Covered Area:  The house has a large shaded undercover area with parking for 2
  cars and provision for hanging laundry. There are potted plants. This is a good place to sit out in the shade.
Swimming pool:  House overlooks complex pool
Suitability: Long term renters welcome, family friendly, not suitable for people
  with limited mobility due to stairs.
Local activities:Diving, fishing, horse riding, swimming, walking, cycling, golf, go- karting, water park, many archaeological sites and the Akamas Nature reserve within easy reach
Notes: The house is located next to, and overlooks, the swimming pool. However the garden is still private and not overlooked by the pool or the rest of the complex. Four chairs and a small table are provided for use on the 2 balconies while 6 chairs and a large table & parasol are provided for use in the garden. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue. At ground level the house has a spacious storage room. This is used to store garden furniture when the house is unoccupied. It is very handy for storing beach items and keeping the house clutter-free during your stay. The storage room leads off the undercover area.
